Luke — head chef and founder of Lekker & Loaded

Two decades crafting culinary expertise across prestigious hotels and a thriving catering business in Europe — now bringing bold comfort food to Perth.

Cooking has always been the passion, but it’s the connection with people that truly drives the work — understanding what people love to eat, how food fuels creativity, and how a great meal can lift the energy of an entire room.

A Career in Kitchens

Five-star hotel training at The Berkeley in London, the Shangri-La Hotel in Vancouver, the Conservatorium and the Pulitzer Hotel in Amsterdam — refining technique in high-pressure, high-standard environments.

Built From Scratch

Founded and ran Sublime Food Company in the Netherlands for a decade (2014–2024), a food truck and catering business serving private events, corporate functions, and large-scale festivals. Regular clients included Nike and Booking.com, catering for thousands of employees at a time — deep expertise in large-scale, mobile catering.

Back in Perth

Now back home in Western Australia, bringing twenty years of international kitchens and a decade of mobile catering to Perth. Lekker & Loaded is the culmination of all of it — bold, generous, beautifully presented food, built for the way Perth actually eats and celebrates.
